When checking in, the front service person was rude and kept leaving to smoke. The hair dryer didn’t even work and the shower water kept getting cold.

The room and comfort of bed was great.housekeeping does a great job!! Parking is terrible. They allow work trucks with trailers to park sideways. Travel buses to park sideways leaving no parking for family cars. Also front desk staff at night is not friendly. We stay here often and we get the same customer service.

When we checked in the guy at the front was on a personal phone call. Charged my card without asking it was only to hold the room we had a different card to pay with for the military which I called ahead to tell them. They wouldn’t refund and change the card to have it covered. Called to ask for the roll away bed they had it in the system but the guy said we don’t do that here even though it says it on their webpage. Got to the room, dirty everything, carpets were gross and dirty turned my kids feet black, hot water didn’t work in the shower, walls were dirty with dried boogers all over the bathroom walls, grime and dead flies on the walls. Only stayed one night to get to where we needed to be, otherwise you couldn’t pay me to stay longer.
