James at the front desk was amazing! There was not problem he would not have solved. He was courteous, knowledgeable and fun to work with.

Very friendly staff

This hotel is my go-to choice when I stay in El Segundo. I appreciate the central location where I can walk to restaurants. The area by the pool is a relaxing environment. I LOVE that they supply white noise machines to block out the outdoor noises (like airplanes or other guests).

We needed a close airport stay while traveling overseas. These guys had an airport shuttle and the perfect location. We did not hear any flights overhead even though we were close to LAX.

The staff was excellent

The beds are the most comfortable i have ever slept in. The hotel is incredibly quiet despite being next to the airport. We didnt hear any planes or people during our stay, which is great as i am a very light sleeper. Check out was wonderful and the 2 young men working the desk both seemed to enjoy their jobs, they were very affable. The room was very clean. The shuttle was very convenient. However, i hated that the bathroom door was only a sliding door that didn't "close" at all. Despite that, i would stay again.
