Convenient but parking not included in price.

Great Hotel. Very convenient. Free shuttle service to the park. Pretty much a part of Universal Studios, it's very close, walking distance. $50 A DAY PARKING NOT INCLUDED.

Decided to do a staycation with hotel and trip to Universal studios. I enjoyed that this hotel offers a shuttle directly to universal city walk area every 15 minutes. We did watch a late night movie in which we had to walk back to our hotel but the walk was enjoyable with great views of the park. Everything is so easily accessible. Hotel room was comfortable with a great view. I was also surprised by how delicious the hotel restaurant food was. This is great for adults or family with kids.

Loved it, But . . .

I loved the room and accommodation. But I have to complain about the tv screening not allowing customers to upload their own preferred streaming platform or casting onto the screen from their iPad or other tablet device.

The hotel is very conveniently located and the Universal Park shuttle is great. Unfortunately, we got the family room with the fold out “bed”. It was hard as a rock and my son could not sleep on it. When we complained to the manager, he basically said that all the fold out sofas are the same. They could not move us to another room or provide a mattress for the fold out. We ended up having to drive to Walmart and buy a twin size air mattress to make it comfortable. This hotel is far too expensive for guests to have to bring their own mattresses.

This hotel is clean and the location is perfect. The distance from the hotel to the park is perfect. It’s a short 7 min walk. It can’t get any better than that. We only stayed for one day but now I regret not staying longer. Must stay here!

We had a wonderful stay here, service is on it. The bell hop loaded our luggage up to our room so fast and unloaded into our room. Wonderful for us arriving around 9pm

Awesome experience

The stay was amazing. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. This quick getaway with just the wife and I was amazing. The pool is super clean and the bar staff is awesome. Definitely recommend this hotel.

It was fine seemed a bit old,its very convenient for Universal Studios. Was disappointed that they dont offer airport shuttle services. Parking a car in the packing garage is way over priced.

I like the fact that there is a shuttle going to Universal Studio. Big enough pool for the guests. Front desk people I find it not very accommodating but the room service / cleaning crews are very helpful and nice. Not enough restaurant inside the hotel (not to mention the lady who is helping to take the order is not even helpful, it makes you feel I should not be ordering from their resto.) no other options. I came to her twice for 2 nights dinner and still have the same way of serving customers (not pleasant for me).
