The heating control was terrible. It was either stifling hot or really cold. As soon as the heat was turned down the fan blew icy air throughout the room. It was not possible to turn off the noisy fan and it kept me awake all night.
The bathroom is tired-looking with moldy grout in the shower but the soap, shampoo, towels were fine.
The restaurant (very expensive) is beside the main doors to the hotel which were constantly opening and closing so cold wind blew in and you had to wear a parka. We had to order takeout and take it to our room. The shuttle bus is nearly full from guests at other hotels before it arrives so you have to wait for several to come before you can take it to the airport. Since it only comes every half hour you could easily miss your flight.
