Brandon was the best. He was so accommodating. He offered us a wheelchair accessible room when he saw l in a wheelchair, even though I hadn't booked it that way. Great breakfast offerings, different ones daily.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property and room were clean and comfortable. Location was convenient. Breakfast we just right. One of the best values in Sierra Vista.

The room was large and very clean, but the property had some maintenance issues. Internet was not working, there was no signal to the TV in the room, some outer doors could not be opened using the key card, some laundry and vending machines were out of order. We were told we could not get a price adjustment because we had booked through a third party.

Good value for the money included breakfast happy hour and soup and salad for dinner but the beds were awful. We had 3 rooms and no one slept well for two nights. Also found out that Expedia charges 95 per night for rooms that the hotel only gets 71.

The room was a little dated but very nice. The one priblem I had was a very stronge oder of what i could only describe as cat pee. After a good spray of fabrez over the carpet the smell was taken care of.

The rooms were spacious with a refrigerator, microwave, a stove. Very clean room. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
