The front desk staff is not responsible as one of my key card doesn’t work, he tried to activate it again, then told me to go back to my room and tried. I did, but still not working, then I walked back to the front deck again, he just said he will find someone to fix it. Obviously, he didn’t do anything until I checked out on the next day.
When I checked out, I told another staff at front desk what my complaint was, she talked back in a not so polite manner.
The room is good and the waterslides are fun. It’s just the staffs there are not friendly and helpful at all.
