checking in we were upgraded to a deluxe room due to the fact that there were no other rooms available, which was great. Once we got to our room we noticed trash on the floor and side of the beds, as well as some stains on the furniture.

Worst Anniversary Spa get away!!!

1st off, the check in was insanely late, nearly 10pm! They took off resorrt fee. Then we get to the room and there seems to be a blood stainnon the comforter that the front desk said was just iron marks. No compensation. Then we paid for a king suit spa room which had only some of the shower heads that worked and the private spa tub didnt even work! They sent 3 maintenance men to our room about 9:30 pm who were in and out for over an hr to be told so we cant fix this now thers no GFi and we believe its the pump not working. Al we were offerd from Ameristar was a free late check out for the inconvenience.

First night room was uncomfortably hot, HVAC would not respond. Moved to a different room second night. Temperature a little better, super old uncomfortable mattress. All soap dispensers in shower were completely empty. Staff is friendly. Gaming tables were more expensive than some of the others.
