Ugly rooms, unhelpful

1). Poor design. Reminded me of a college dorm room built in the 70s/early 80s. No one seems to miss that style time period. Poor lighting in the room for trying to pack/unpack/organize. They went for form over function and missed the mark on form. 2). Staff and signage not that helpful. Pull up park on one level, no staff there, lobby on another. Signage is not that good to tell customers what to do. Guests eventually figure it out on their own. Staff at front desk not proactive in giving helpful information. For example, right next to rental car return. Just take a right out of parking lot. Nice right. However, Staff doesn’t tell this. No sign telling this.
