The room was very clean, with a nice view and excellent housekeeping service. We were also lucky to have such good weather during our stay. I heard the building was just renovated last year—it now has a modern-classic design that I really love! The only drawback was the service, as I had to repeat the same request twice before it was taken care of

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at.The staff are outstanding. Polite, helpful with excellent English but prepared to humour my attempts at speaking French. The room was wonderful with an incredible view across the lake to the mountains. The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the eggs Benedict cooked to order. The spa was good too. I could not recommend more
