The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel decor was very elegant. The room was nice, but the TV remote and the phones had not been cleaned it a long time. Had to clean the remote ourselves with alcohol before using. They were caked with dust and who knows what else. Also, we had to unplug the phones in the room because we kept getting calls from telemarketers somehow, which continued through the middle of the night until we unplugged them. The food was good in the restaurant, but way overpriced. Plenty of better deals on food to be found elsewhere. Takes far too long to earn any comps for anything too. We played for 3 days and nights and still didn't earn enough "points" for any comps. Very disappointed with that.
