Compare Winery Hotels in Excelsior Springs

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and the price was decent. It was an older hotel but looked clean from the lobby to my room. My room wasn't very clean at all. There was dog food on the floor in front of the door that opened to the mini fridge. I found a half opened package of honey mustard at the head of the bed between the bed and wall and the mirrors looked like they were wiped down with oil. The bedding looked dirty (stained). The bath tub had a dirt ring around it also. I would stay there again, however, the next time I would go back to the front desk and ask for a cleaner room.

The parking is not the greatest but the view of the river and the many places you can walk to for meals is worth it. Best bed I have slept on at a hotel in a long time.

The front desk ladies were amazing! Fun, knowledgeable, helpful! They need to be in charge of training! Give them a raise!
