Very friendly staff at reception. They gave me full details of the property, detailed explanation of charges and easy check out. The room was very clean and a nice view of the golf course. First time staying here and it was a great experience. We will definitely be back!

The suite was rundown and in need of major repairs and renovations. You could hear the coming and going of anyone as if they were in the same room as you. We found the place depressing and left first thing in the morning. Would not recommend to anyone.

We checked in after a long day of travel and looked forward to a relaxing evening before a very long day ahead. We luckily got some organizing done right away but had no idea the power was about to go out - no ac, no charging, no light…. We checked in around 8pm and power was gone by 9:30pm. It never returned. We had to pack and get to the car with zero light. Could not use anything we paid for…. Heard later that it was planned but no one informed us…

The front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful both on the phone and in person. Our suite was clean and neat. The kitchen had all we needed. While this property does seem to have both guests and more permanent residents it felt safe. We just would have liked a nicer pet area to walk the dogs. The only place to walk them was a gravel lot with dry invasive weeds. We did only stay one night and did not use the pools or restaurant so I can't speak to those. Overall we were happy with our one night stay.

First impression as u checkin, several signs warning about fines and charges rather than welcoming a guest. Bathroom tub very old many cracked and broken tiles. Parking lot potholes need major repair! Entire facility is tired and needs upgrades. I won’t return to this propert.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The water park was a blast, and our son loved it. The gym is exceptional clean and well taken care of with newer looking equipment including a functional trainer, a generous set of dumbbells, bikes, treadmills and an elliptical, benches etc. The overall resort property condition is pretty great with normal wear and tear that one would expect. We will being staying here again when the opportunity presents itself.
