We arrived early, but the hotel staff were very accommodating and checked us in without concern. Our room is spacious for a one-room with a balcony overlooking the water. Parking could not have been simpler.

We asked for an early check in, and they were very accommodating. We opted for the king studio suite and it did not disappoint. Beautiful view of White Rock beach. Will definitely stay again.

We had spacious ocean views from the balcony and living room. We were across the street from a beach access point and the hotel provided beach towels for us. We will be back for a longer stay next time because the kitchen was well equipped, the suite had 2 bathrooms - which was amazing when we checked in with guests visiting us, and the staff were so kind. The ability to walk to dozens of waterfront shops and food beside the hotels , plus the nightlife a mere 15 - 20 minute walk along the level beach path was fantastic. There was nothing we needed to leave the area for.

The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom sink was plugged with sand our entire stay. My husband tried to clear it with draino provided by the hotel but it only ended up ruining his shirt. The sink was finally fixed on our last day. Hotel staff were very apologetic and ensured that they would talk to management to provide us with some kind of compensation but in the end we paid the full price anyway. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also closed for renovation so would have been nice if the hotel could have provided a continental breakfast.

When the tide is out in the morning, the beach stretches wide and you can walk out in the morning air. Great place to stay!

I HATED that there were plastic/waterproof mattress pads on the bed. It caused me to sweat A LOT every night. I can guarantee you other women hate this too, but few complain. A simple solution, if you insist on using these plastic covers, is to put a second non-plastic mattress pad on top. You get to protect the mattress from potential stains and it will reduce sweating by people in the bed.
