Super great place. Easy quick check in! Everything almost perfect just hot tub and sauna under renovation's.. Maybe someday they will upgrade the bathroom too. Thanks again loved the views. There is a Bistro across the street if you are VEGAN I would avoid. When you ask for a TOFU bowl you may get TUNA which we thought were tomatoes.. After almost 20 years we ate flesh. We came to take photos of ANIMALS not to eat them. For the Animals, Health, Water, Trees, and a billion other reasons to be PlantBased. It’s easy unless the staff aren’t educated at restaurants. Canadas BEST place to stay in Fernie gracias! Every Wednesday is Social day with hands and FOOD trucks etc. God Bless Canada.

I originally had booked a pet friendly room, upon arrival I was not booked into a pet friendly room but the staff was very accommodating and were able to switch me rooms with someone who had the room I needed. My dogs and I always enjoy our time at this hotel, it’s super nice to be able to just walk the dogs out of the door rather than trying to manage stairs and other people. We will always book into this hotel!

It was given a 2-star rating so that's what it was. Hair dryer didn't work, Kleenex next to empty and not replaced, floors in rooms where filthy (kid's feet were black after walking around in the room for awhile). Beds were ok.

The pool was very poorly maintained and the water looked like it had algae growing along the sides. The hot tub was non existent and was a deep dark dug out pit that was honestly quite scary. My kids were ready to swim and when we saw the state of the pool water we left.

The free breakfast was very limited. The pool was fine but there was no hot tub. Not sure why they advertise a pool and hot tub...the rooms were decent. The road noise was loud. overall it should have been at least 50 dollars cheaper based on the breakfast and amenities.
