Lisa at the front desk was very friendly and personable. Our room was excellent: slept well in the comfortable bed, great view from room, loved the big bathtub, and the kitchenette was very useful to keep costs down. We also really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas! I just would have liked to have a bathrobe and the front path was a little slippery to walk.

Friendly staff, clean and with a well appointed kitchen makes it for an excellent stay. We didn’t use the hot tubs but saw people there seemingly having a great time.

we liked the layout of the unit and the staff was friendly. what would have made our experience exceptional: -Blackout Curtains, -zipped up duvet covers for a more hygienic feeling, -robes to go to the hot tub -a small dining table with two chairs to sit down to eat, write, and play games - a more pleasant or neutral fragrance from the Crabtree and Evelyn bathroom product series (the very pungent smell was quite irritating)
