Room and beds are great. I didnt like that the ice machine was broken, had to go out and buy some. Then went for a swim and found the hot tub not in service. That's why i rated low.

Cute hotel, not my cup of tea

The clerk couldn't find my prepaid reservation, even though I handed him a confirmation that the hotel had sent. He then re-charged me for the room and I had to get him to back those charges off my credit card. The breakfast did not look nice, so we chose to eat elsewhere. The sheets gave my husband hives.

Great staff Downsides: There was a continuous smell of toilet in the room. No room service after day 1. Breakfast quality was low. No normal milk, just vanilla and nuts milk.
