Facility was quite clean, smelled nice Staff was friendly and helpful and accommodated our needs. Guest PC was outdated, not patched, property made no effort to protect users credentials, printer only worked with manual feed, found out through trial and error. Ice machine had dark specs in ice, needs cleaning.

Parking was great, no hassle. The staff was very nice and answered any questions I was able to leave a package at the front desk for my sister to collect with no hassle on both ends. The breakfast was good for continental with a nice variety.

The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel was one of the worst. It took an hour for us to get a shuttle and had to call the hotel several times to ask where is the shuttle.
