Pretty and clean but view was a let down.

The room was beautiful. Only thing is when we got there they gave us an upgrade from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom suite but we had paid for an ocean view and the upgrade did not include an ocean view unfortunately. We had already settled in when we realized this since it was late and we were tired so we didn’t say anything. Also the pool was jam packed all the days we stayed and the water was murky. I never seen a pool with murk water. Otherwise the food at the roof top was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The courtyard was adorable and everything was clean and pretty.

This was an amazing hotel! Valet was easy and convenient. Check in as well. They have bicycles you can rent on the property to get around. We were also greeted with a bottle of champagne on our special first couples trip! Will definitely be coming back.

Our experience was excellent. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our VIP experience, with a personalized message and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we first went into a room. The hotel made an upgrade to our room with an excellent view. So clean and confortable.

Overall staff is friendly and accommodating. However Manager named Mary at valet was not, wouldn’t accommodate 2 hours of parking after staying 5 nights and paying valet each night. A 1pm parking checkout is not convenient for travellers with evening flights. Read the fine print, parking is expensive, only option is valet parking, $45/night. Rooms were clean with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, small kitchen with fridge, microwave and coffee/espresso maker perfect for storing food, snacks, drinks, etc. kitchen Utensils also available. Aside from parking, good value for money.

Requested a room change because my “Balcony” room was an Inside balcony looking at a wall and the hotel courtyard. You could see right into the room from the pool area. I was Moved to Room 605 much smaller and was a joined to another room which is a little creepy seeing someone could possibly enter your room. Tv volume not working Bedroom Balcony door doesn’t open Bathroom Sink Clogged Stain on Bedding No Body Wash in dispenser (no one returned to fill it after I explained it was empty) Ironing Board broken Left my fruit platter out and called me the next day was not edible it was brown and warm. I actually saw the platter sitting on the counter as I went in and out that day, but was never told this item was for me. Morning of the 29th I chose this hotel because I stayed here a couple years ago with my sister and we loved it. This experience was not so great. Garetha Paris 7/27-7/30
