Checked in, washed my hands and found the sink filling with water. The stopper was closed so I tried to open it the handle completely came out. Then we found the toilet wouldn't flush. We contacted the hotel staff. They asked if we would like maintenance to come up. (HELLO TOILET NOT FLUSHING) what do you think? We said yes but NOBODY showed up!!??? What kind of service is that? We even paid an extra $50 to get into the room earlier. Needless to say we won't be back there EVER!

The rooms are big which is nice when there are kids. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was every morning and with many options. The water falls in the center of the building are beautiful. The out door coy pond is beautiful. If there is anything that I would fix is update the restrooms in the rooms.

There was a air conditioning leak in our room. Tried to call the front desk, but the hotel seemed short staffed over the New Year’s Eve weekend. So no one came to fix it. We had to listen to dripping water all night.
