Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Always ready to assist. Rooms very clean. Restaurant, a variety of food and all delicious. Bar staff in the evenings work hard and knowledgeable in their drinks. The pool and pool bar exceptional. Towels always available. Bar staff efficient and professional. Nice downtown hotel

This is a nice hotel in an excellent downtown location. Our room was very clean, well appointed, and extremely modern. The only drawback beyond the fact that they had to check on the room condition at 5:30pm to make sure it was all set for check in (check in started at 4pm) is that we had paid extra for a room with a balcony and a view of a nice green space leading up the river walk. We didn't get that type of view, and that may be because the park next door was a messy construction zone. So that was a problem. Otherwise, this a really nice location that is very accessible to downtown. There is a Publix about two blocks away, and that was super convenient for us.
