I was originally supposed to check in at 3:00 PM, but I arrived at 7:30 PM four hours later and my room still wasn’t ready. The room was uncomfortably hot, the sheets had an unpleasant odor, and the shower was in terrible condition. I do not intend to stay here again.

Room felt dirty and had multiple stains on the floors. Shower drain was clogged so water pooled up. Shower water pressure was insane. Felt like your skin was getting pressure washed

We arrived and found that the hotel is being renovated. There was no notification ahead of time for this. The noise was not an issue since they stopped working the construction at 6pm. The problem is, there's 2 elevators and one was reserved/blocked only for construction crew. On check out day, we were trying to get downstairs to catch our prebooked Uber to the cruise port and after waiting more than 10 minutes for an elevator since every time it stopped on our floor, it was full, we ended up having to drag 3 large pieces of luggage down the stairs. This was very disappointing. I am a travel advisor and would have loved being able to recommend this hotel to my clients based on location and proximity to the cruise port, but unfortunately, due to the elevator issue, I can't in good conscience do that. The room was fairly clean but the shower pressure was terrible. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable.

I booked this property last minute and upon arrival, I was greeted at the front desk by a staff member who informed me about ongoing construction that would cause noise until 6 PM. The elevators were dusty from the construction, and only one was available for guests. Within five minutes of arriving in my room, the fire alarm went off twice. When I went downstairs to check on the situation, the front desk staff member reacted indifferently, saying, "Yeah, so?" I decided to leave after being there for about 10 minutes.

Our room was very worn, including carpet and the bathroom. Felt need to wear shoes in the shower. When we opened the soda bed, it had dirty, stained sheets on it. Front desk states there was no one available to put on fresh sheets until I got very pushy and then magically someone could help us. Lobby was not clean during breakfast, everything sticky and covered in food pieces and dirty dishes, long after families would finish at a table. Also saw nothing about the renovation when booking.

Even though the property is undergoing some renovations, it's very quiet. Convenient because they allow cruise parking and offer a shuttle to the cruise terminals however you MUST call the hotel and request this.
