The location is great, steps from the water. Easy in and out for parking as well. It’s a simple hotel, basically a room to stay. That’s it. There’s really no need for onsite food or drinks as you are directly on the broadwalk. Staff were all friendly and check in was simple. The hotel is older but has been renewed recently. Day 1 at night we got to listen to fighting and doors slamming Next door. Day 2 we were woke up at 2am for a different family fighting and someone getting locked out of their room. Day 3 we were woke up by kids running up and down the hall yelling and screaming. Day 4 again woke up at 4am to party goers coming in. Believe me when I say you can hear everything here. If you want simple and close to ocean, this is your place! The beach chairs and umbrellas provided was very nice to have.

This was a very pleasurable stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was also very clean and comfortable. I have one complaint and I hope the owner reads this. We went with five couples, and we all made reservations at the same time and paid the same amount. When we got there, I was assigned a room that was probably half the size of two of the other couples rooms. I have never been in a hotel room this small. There was literally no place to put any toiletries. There was no place to put the suitcases to empty them or when they were empty to store them. The closet was a joke. The bathroom was so small that when you sat on the toilet, your knees touched the wall in front of you. I cannot believe that They would rent this room out for the same price of the other rooms. I was going to complain to the manager, but I decided to suck it up because two of the other couples I went with had the same small rooms. I will go back to this hotel, but I will not ever stay in one of the tiny rooms again. Please make sure when you go there to look at your room before you take the key. Other than that, the stay was great.

Right in the middle of Hollywood beach broadwalk. Beach was a minute from hotel. Hotel gave you two beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. Clean rooms, Location is what makes me recommend this hotel. Live bands down the street five minute walk. restaurants and a few shops. Bathroom was very small with no shelves or hooks anywhere. But if you just want a clean place to lay your head at night this is great location wise. Everything else is just average

Highly recommend! Very comfortable. Pros: On the boardwalk. You are on the beach. Cons: There are 2 oceanfront Balconys and only a metal railing separtating the 2. But still would get the balcony room everytime!
