The staff is excellent at this property. The new girl being trained is going to be your star. The guys at valet keep them all!!! The luggage guy with the perfect teeth that’s been there for 4 years … excellent. Your team is amazing. I cancelled my stay at the AC hotel(not a great experience) immediately moved to the Atlantic hotel. Great views, big rooms and clean!

When we went to check in which was early (noonish ) the front desk staff as well as the gentleman who stored our luggage were both very friendly and helpful! Later that night I had asked for a recommendation about dining , the evening staff seemed less dynamic and told me a list was available in the lobby . Overall the location is great - views from our balcony were great! Am staff in the restaurant are also amazing !

This was an incredibly unfortunate experience. We arrived at 12:30p, understanding check in was not until 4p. The hotel seemed fairly empty but they waited until 3:57p to call. We could haves used the pool however upon inspection it seemed either dirty or stained. The agent helping with check in asked the other to verify the room was correctly selected by discreetly pointing to the screen and saying my name. The “supervisor” nodded. We went up to find it was the wrong room that had one bed and not a two queen waterfront with a balcony. Upon asking if that’s why she asked him if that was correct because she knew I did not book it she confirmed that was correct. The supervisor lacked all customer service etiquette and pointedly stated we were downgraded because the manager said to due to the room not being available. The said manager I asked to speak with offered solutions and more delicate explanations. Followed by discounts appropriate of the situation. We ended up with a pull out couch as our second bed and since that same unhelpful supervisor is who answered later when we called down, naturally we never received the comforter requested for the bed. So we used towels. An experience we were hoping to be one of comfort and healing since we were in town for our son’s surgery was one of phone calls, inconvenience and discomfort.

The Atlantic Hotel and Spa is one of my favorite hotels. The staff is super friendly and excellent at their job, the resort is super clean, and the amenities are wonderful 10/10 would recommend!

Great stay at the Atlantic ! Spacious suite (1bedroom) which works very well for families. Restaurants are close, beach is across the stress with a designated guest area as well as the pool access fun and convenient. Everything is walkable. I would recommend especially to families travelling with small children- safe, convenient and easy.

We enjoyed our ocean front stay on the 10th floor. We loved waking up sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise. Good location for sight seeing southern Fl. We went on day trips to Sanibel island, Everglades, the Keys and Jupiter/Juno.The valet was easy to use and they always had the car ready by the time we were down there to pickup. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We went to the onsite restaurant Thyme on the first night. The cocktails were amazing and the appetizer (bread, garlic butter, olive oil) was great. The steak and pizza were just alright. Clean area with great beach access🏝️.

Fantastic! We stayed for 7 nights in a modern and renovated room with kitchenette. Stunning view from our balcony! Very good housekeeping (efficient and clean). Excellent restaurant downstairs - Wild Thyme (good variety of dishes and well priced for every budget). Most hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help, especially Luis who went out of his way to find us a ride.
