The room only had an AC unit, no heat or we weren't in control of the heat so that was not good. The floors were gritty with dirt (needed swept) and the smoke detector in the room was covered in light blue LED lights so the entire room lit up when the lights were out. If you need to sleep in total darkness, this was NOT the room for you. Otherwise it was a great place. They third party sub out all customer service, there is no check in desk or anything so if you want a place that has humans there to help, this isn't it.

We didn’t stay there. We couldn’t get in . We tried and tried. You should change your ways. You need someone on site to register folks. We had to leave our luggage outside all day ( Bo one took it) We didn’t stay there!

Super cute & clean. Nice bathroom. Felt very safe staying here. HOWEVER the pictures are somewhat deceiving as I expected a bigger unit. Spent 2 nights with my mother and sister before hopping on a cruise. Being the youngest (54) I was the lucky one stuck sleeping on the couch/pull out. I slept awful. Not made for an adult in my opinion. And I’m not tall whatsoever.

Below is the email I sent to the managers. They promised a refund that did not arrive. We have now involved our bank to resolve it: "Unfortunately, we must advise you that we have checked out of the above reservation early, today, due to untenable conditions. Instead, we have booked a room with Best Western Hotels, at a cost of $301 (receipt attached.) Obviously, we only incurred this additional, significant expense due to unlivable conditions in room 14-B, as outlined below. 1. Toilet; a. Upon arrival, the toilet contained urine. b. The inside and the outside of the toilet bowl showed fecal matter (see photos), the outside of which I had to clean off myself. c. After flushing, the toilet bowl water raised nearly to overflowing – such that we didn’t dare try using it again. We were forced to walk to the local McDonald’s. d. The toilet made a loud gurgling noise all night (video sent by separate email due to size). e. An intermittent whirring noise was heard this morning due to an apparent repairman at work on the plumbing. We heard other guests through the walls discussing the toilet. 2. The bathroom door did not close fully – impacting privacy (see attached). 3. The shower floor was dirty and covered with something unidentifiable (see attached). 4. When starting to make coffee, the coffee cup provided contained dead bugs (see attached). A partial refund of $240 requested. (Not received)

Would not recommend staying here. We stayed (1) night before our cruise on Jan 4th and again when we returned on Jan 9. The first night our air did not work, we noticed mold everywhere, the place was very dirty. Hotter in the room than it was outside. Again, when we returned we had the same experience. Still no air, mold still present (obviously). When we showered, we put a towel down on the floor to catch the water as there was no curtain and the towel was BROWN when we lifted it back up. We forgot beer in the room during the first stay, the same beer was in the room when we got back. Obviously didn’t get cleaned very well. Customer service was terrible. Tried texting the phone number that was “available 24/7” per our check in email regarding the issues and never got a reply. All of the chairs outside and tables have mold on them too. Can’t say I recommend this place at all.

Do not go here! Its cakled a boutique but just really okd apartmrnt style rooms with a bed, TV and sparse old bathroom. The neighborhood is scary with okd apartments and broken down cars. Drinking and drugging definitely going on. Our sewer backed up to the toilet snd filled the shower tub after 1 hour. . We reported and no results after a smelly hour with doir open. We ended up booking nearby at a hotel that was exoensive. We had been in the road since 3:30am and are over 70 years old and needed a safe room. Horrible neglectful experience.

We had a great stay! The room was clean and spacious. Check in was easy with the gate code and parking was very close to the unit. If I had any suggestions it would be to provide lids for the pots as well as a strainer in the kitchen. Another mirror in the unit would be helpful also to use when the bathroom is occupied. Other than that, the floor left our socks a bit dirty but it was an easy fix just to put on our sandals.
