the staff was great and I was informed were the fridge was located in my room, very promply I my add. Thank you for this staff. The tub height could be a little tough to get into if you are a senior or someone with a bad leg. Overall it was a great place to stay and having the Keg right there is a nice.

This hotel is in downtown Ft McMurray so felt a bit unsafe in evenings. Had booked it because it said breakfast available but it’s just a muffin or croissant and coffee. Room was clean and quiet for downtown

Hotel was quiet, beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Shampoo would be nice instead of body soap and conditioner in the shower. The Expedia website states that cats and dogs are welcome. When I called the hotel to confirm, the employee informed me that only service dogs are welcome, which is misleading. I had to find someone to care for my dog as the room was non-refundable.

Staff are rude and no direction about breakfast. They don't say anything about breakfast.As soon as i arrived they said housekeeping is every three days . Not going there again.
