Compare Hotels with Parking in Fort Myers

This is the second Wyndham property that I have stayed at within the past year. Both times I was given a room on the first floor. Both times, noise has been an issue throughout the night. Please consider soundproofing the rooms that are close to the main entrance. It makes it difficult to sleep when you have to listen to every set of steps that enters or exits the building, all of the conversations with staff, and just anything else that typically happens in the lobby. I don't appreciate paying close to $200 for one night in a room with that condition. Next time I stay at Wyndham, I'm going to make sure they can provide a room farther away from the lobby. I haven't had this issue at other hotels. Also, why pay to have staff present if all they are going to do is have you check in on a digital screen with a different staff member on a webcam? Don't get me wrong, it is a good thing physical staff exist. I would hope that a physical person is there at all times in the event security is needed. With 24/7 lobby access to the building, digital staff don't guarantee safety.

The rooms definitely need to be updated

The phone in the room was completely dead! The TV was pretty bad. It wasn’t hooked up, when it was it was hard to navigate.

kelly was amazingly helpful and we dont know what we would have done without her. sadly the air conditioning wasnt working the last two nights and sleeping in a hot room with the road noise was difficult

The room could have been a little cleaner, aand the bed was terrible.

Kind enough staff, but in serious need of maintenance. Horrible pillows, towels. I guess you get what you pay for.
