The beds were hard and dirty, sheets were very dingy, roaches in the room and mini fridge, hairs in the shower that didn’t belong to us! And the towels were very nasty. It was a decent hotel but people slamming doors all night and smoking cigarettes and other things in their car right in front of the rooms is not nice when we have kids. Not happy at all but needed a place to lay my head and shower!

I didn’t stay because it was filled with a rich harsh smell of mold and mildew. Probably because there are old swamp colliers? But not sure. It was a major health concern for my fiancé and I am very allergic to mold as well. So we checked out 2 different rooms and they both reeked so badly.

On three occasions someone from housekeeping walked into my room while I was sleeping and taking a shower. They knock one time and before I get to answer they walk in. The room was very dated with no usb outlets for phone charging. The shower faucets not labeled and almost scorched myself. This hotel looks like a sanctuary for migrants. Many rooms had migrants with like 10 in a room.

We arrived at 9:00 pm and we were told our room was around the back. As we pulled up, the air conditioner was so loud outside, we couldn't hear each other. Needless to say, it was worse inside. Each time it re-started, it sounded like a jet preparing to take off...all friggin' night long. We ordered delivery for dinner, and as we sat at the desk to eat, a German roach began its trek from above the front door and along the wall toward the TV. The guests upstairs were constantly in and out until just after midnight. When we came out this morning to leave, a homeless gentleman was camped out in the doorway of the room next door. I have to seriously question if the hotel provides any security. As for the room itself, it's old and starting to fall apart...bathroom fan separated from the ceiling, textured ceiling has spots that are bunched up (water damage), the mattresses needed replaced a few years ago, and no clock radio in the room. Last night was the second time we've stayed at that hotel, and the first time wasn't much better. This will certainly be our last stay.

The room was not clean. Dirty floors, sink, and entire bathroom. Shower was gross and had other peoples hair all over. It states they’ll change the sheets daily. That did not happen. I do not recommend staying here.

Parking felt somewhat safe ended up with a flat tire. Also the hotel doors were broken during my stay. They were supposed to be worked on but mine wasn't fixed. The hotel serms to be going or have been through renovations so hopefully this will be resolved in the future
