The rooms were clean, which is the only positive, the facility is outdated, and the worst part is the staff, rude, uneducated and not willing to help at all for basic requirements.

Front desk staff was indifferent, bordering on rude. Breakfast consisted of defrosted waffles, stale Wonder bread, and Dollar Tree muffins. My husband is a late sleeper, and if I wanted to bring him anything from breakfast to our room, there was an additional charge. Water didn’t even reach tepid in the shower. No coffee pot, and the only way to watch TV was to log into their apps via our phone.

Staff was great, but first room entered had beds flipped clearly chemicals to clean. I’m sure you can guess what second room given dried blood on pillow so clearly nobody cleaning the rooms changing bedsheets

1. This NOT a Hotel….it is a Motel. Outside street traffic doors. 2. Shower head was caked with lime, rust and calcium. 3. Comforters had cigarette burns with Oreo sized holes. 4. Breakfast was sparse and filled with preservatives.
