I feel your bartenders for the most part are ok. Some seem very crabby and not willing to stop having conversations between workers to help a customer. Also some of your drinks for the size of the cup are over priced. 16.00 dollars with tip for an 8-10 ounce cup is a little high. I know you have to make money but if you go down towards lani Kai there drinks are a little cheaper for same size same drink. The bartenders down at lani kai are quick and no one is standing around not waiting on a customer. More friendly. Your parking lot guys are outstanding. Going 5 days without having our rom cleaned is a little long we were there for 9 days. When they did come in and clean great job. Toaster did not work good. The room safe would not work, no one could help with that.

Hotel is fabulous, clean, quiet! Lots of food options at the hotel, but the food wasn’t outstanding, but good enough. Customer service was absolutely wonderful!

The traffic on Estero Blvd was terrible. Spend 2 hours in my car to go 2 miles after going to the grocery store from the Hotel.That is not the Hotels fault but a Fort Myers issue. Other days were 20-30 minutes for that 2 mile stretch. It was noisy with Hotel construction. 1 Day -1 of the only 2 elevators did not work. The facility is very nice but these issues brought it down to a vacation I will not forget.

Loved the resort! clean, comfy, great ocean view, staff was amazing, family friendly resort, only 1 complaint and it was 2 of the nights the elevator kept getting stuck on our floor in the middle of the night and just opened and slammed shut constantly until I went out there to pick a different floor for it to move to in hopes that it stopped. Definitely worked but would definitely stay again!

Beach was beautiful but no where to sit when umbrellas and chairs were not put out. Rooms need updating and loud mechanical noises in room. Grateful for the laundry. Cabana bar staff was great. Traffic was horrible. Difficult environment for the older client.

I am so beyond happy we stayed here. The elevators yes, are a bit slow, at peak times, not ideal. But the view is amazing! The rooms are spacious and the staff were all friendly! I'd stay here in a heartbeat. Walk right on to the beach, walkable to the other popular beach bars, everything you could need RIGHT THERE! Small fridge, microwave, mini stove, "pool view" still has an amazing view of the sunrise and water! Wonderful stay.

I should preface we were only there 2 nights (which I think is a large part of how we were treated). This was the final stop on a long trip throughout the state. This ‘resort’ was highly recommended by family members and we were so excited to go! We knew they might be working out some things post Ian, but not at all to this degree. This experience was so beyond bizarre, this review doesn’t even seem real for well over $400/night. After finally getting into our room that we were ‘upgraded to’ since it was not ready on time, we noticed the room itself was not clean at all. I pulled down the sheets as part of a habit, and there were MULTIPLE body hairs on the fitted sheet. The bed was made, but it looked pretty obvious that the sheets had not been changed or were dirty upon changing? We call the front desk, and they bring up new sheets. They SIMPLY DROP THEM OFF. I call back and they said they have no one to service the room, so we have to make our own bed. We had to PULL OFF THE DIRTY SHEETS WITH BODY HAIR ON THEM THAT WAS NOT OURS and REMAKE OUR BED. I mentioned the room itself was also very dirty and they offered us a ‘sleeper room’ to stay but we could not change rooms. We only could ‘sleep in it’. They said they were sold out but the sign outside said ‘vacancy’.
