Was super disappointed to find out the hot tub wasn't available as that was the reason for booking. Was put in an adjoining room where there was no tub and the other person in the joint room had a phone conference early in the am waking me up. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a bit of a pain. However Jack's offers great meat options and being attached to the casino, if that's your thing, is handy. Rooms were very comfortable and amenities were good except the Hot Tub was down and out
