Staff was friendly and efficient. I had read previous reviews about the property being out dated which didn’t bother me much so I was expecting it. I rented 2 rooms, one was fine the other smelled like old sweat. Again already saw reviews about this complaint. Nothing some febreeze and room fresheners couldn’t fix. The stay was great for what we needed, everyone was friendly and my kids felt safe. That was the important part

Comfy but Outdated

Great service by employees but hotel definitely needs a facelift. Bathrooms very dated with obvious wear and tear. Odd smell in rooms. Just very outdated.

I really liked how nice the staff was. They also had a great breakfast. Easy to make reservations and check in and out was fast and easy The thing I didnt like was the bathroom smelled like sewer. It wouldnt go away. Also the pool was closed all the time.

The hotel exterior was nice, pool was clean, shared areas were clean. The breakfast was late coming out and horrible! The rooms were clean but dated, including parking wall paper. The tv had limited channels and no ability to stream. The hallways were very tight, made getting on and off the elevators very challenging. Only 1 elevator was working and even it was dated. It bounced each time it stopped giving the impression it was going to fall down any moment. After a couple of uses we resorted to taking the stairs.

Little not picky things… tile floor uneven in bathroom. Round toilet bowl and seat not comfortable for short people. Bathroom door would not stay open without something holding it. Bed was 80% comfortable.
