I stayed at this Embassy Suites property on two separate occasions this year — October 1–5 and December 6–8. On both visits, I was unable to use the pool due to visibly murky and cloudy water, which did not appear safe. Cloudy pool water is a well-known indicator of improper chemical balance or inadequate filtration and represents a health and sanitation concern. Although the pool was listed as an available amenity, it did not appear safe for use during either stay. During my first visit, I raised this concern with the front desk and was told the issue would be addressed. However, upon returning for my second stay, the condition of the pool was unchanged, indicating the issue was not resolved.

The staff was really friendly. We love staying here when we come to Nashville.
We travel with our French bulldog and having the hotel dog friendly is such a relief. Having the pet relief just in front of the lobby was a so nice, it was very very cold and closeness made taking her out so much easier.

My room was infested with roaches!!! During the day, i never saw them, but in the middle of the night, when i got up to go to the bathroom, the sink was full of them! Then i started finding them in the dresser of the room. GROSS

Had a flight delay arriving and couldn't make first night. It was non refundable, so no expectation on refund. Problem was I both emailed and called to ensure the 2nd night that was booked would still be available, as we still planned to stay. We arrived, and it was not honored. We were charged an additional $45. The hotel was beautiful, the integrity of your company was terrible.

Great for a short visit and convenient location, clean, food options within hotel as well as within walking distance. I love Embassy Suites as a whole because the suites make me feel like I'm in a small home away from home and the inside balcony setup I find beautiful.

Fire alarm went off at 1230am and we had to evacuate. No one told us anything. We stopped fire personel and asked what happened. Sprinklers going off. Two floors flooded. Went to take shower and shower head in bathroom covered in mold and disgusting film. Leveling leg for chair in shower was broken and in the floor.

Our toilet constantly was running I reported it on Sunday morning and was assured it would be fixed while we were out Sunday. Came back late and the toilet was not fixed. It was aggravating and noise that I didn’t want to deal with. I asked Sunday night and sone gentleman at the desk said oh I remember fixing that. But it wasn’t fixed. The service rating is only down due to maintenance not fixing the issue. I feel as I should get a free night stay at embassy suites any location not just Nashville.

Everything was great. When I first entered the room it kind of had a foul smell. Other than that everything was great. Wish there was was an entry door through the back of the building for people who have to park back there and walk up the hill just to get to a side door that’s only located on the left side of the building if you’re coming in from the back.

Spacious, nice entrance, spacious rooms, nice breakfast with a variety of food and beverage choices for everyone. Nice restaurant with good food. Courteous and professional staff to greet you as well. This hotel is centrally located and minutes from Opry Mills shopping area and the Opry Gaylord Resort. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Nashville.
