No fresh berries during breakfast, the blueberries that were available seemed defrosted and mooshy. The rooms did not have the extra washcloths I asked for. The staff was great, easy check in. Pool was stinky and seemed the wqter was colder than normal.

We had a great stay! The room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was probably the best I have ever had in this hotel context. My only suggestion would be for front desk staff to review room features/upgrade and confirm pricing upon check in. Check-in felt a little mechanical/impersonal.

The location was very convenient, the building/room was clean and the breakfast had a lot of options. Unfortunately we had somewhat of a negative experience as the guests in the room above us were very loud and that went on until about 2:30AM. Then the cleaning staff went in and started cleaning the room next to us before 8:00AM (vacuuming, banging around) and they were in there for over an hour. Therefore we did not get much sleep. I understand wanting to utilize early checkouts to clean, but I don’t think it is acceptable to start that early when there are still guests in the adjoining room.

Clean room, ample amount of space, swimming pool has a nice slide for kids to enjoy. Good breakfast though they close doors just on time even for people already dining. Room was missing a closed drawer to keep items like wallet, keys. By design, bathroom doors are just slide and close and didn't have locks which felt bit weird. There was only one laundry machine for entire floor hence was always occupied, more machines would have helped.
