Although the room is clean, beds comfy and shower fine we are finding that it's the small things that make a stay great or not. In this case not. Very little counter space in the bathroom--no place for my wife and I to set out our toiletries. No means of heating water for a cup of tea--essential after a long day of driving. There is a Keurig but they do not make water hot enough for tea AND are very bad for the environment. So we rate this property as okay at best.

We enjoyed our overnight here. It is convenient to the downtown, shops and hwy. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in all our stays. Very good value.

Very nice room!

Very clean and large room. The only thing I didnt care for was the carpet. It was quite stained. I prefer rooms without carpeting. But every thing else in the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room we were in had a very nice tub/shower. The free breakfast was quite good for being included in the stay.

Great location on the outskirts of Fredericton. Room was really clean but starting to show its age. A small carpet facelift is in order. Staff were over the top friendly, morning breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and accomedating. The facilities were clean enough, but my room had a large rusty stain on the carpet. They were definitely under renovation (base boards removed in hallways, reno carts of equiptment places). The button for the elevator on the second floor had been pushed out of the plate and was dangling inside of the wall.
