I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was too disgusting and unclean. It was a one night stay after a long road trip, and we couldn’t even shower because the bathroom was so disgusting. The bathtub was moldy and filled with grime. The shower curtain was so dirty with to many brown spots. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. I am super disappointed in this stay and would have moved if it was more than one night. It was late and we just needed to rest. The room itself was also disgusting and dirty and needs a really serious deep clean. There was dust and grim everywhere (the lamps, computer chair, furniture, etc.) I would not even talk about the rug flooring. We tried not to remove our shoes. The bed skirt had rips and tears at each corner and so did the sofa. The outlets need to be updated because they are too loose to hold plugs. Things were rusty and everything was just plain nasty. We left as soon as the sun came up. Please do not stay here. Use your money elsewhere. The photos that show the room are not accurately displaying the conditions of the place.

I was extremely dissatisfied and shocked that a hotel in such poor condition could still be operating. Although the staff were polite, the room was filthy and in desperate need of a complete upgrade — every amenity required immediate attention.

My kids and I love this hotel for its pool and setup. We love getting a room with a balcony to the pool where we can leave our dog and still see it when we are in the pool area. We appreciate the restaurant being close to the pool area as well. It is all very convenient for us.

Stayed 4 nights.....stay was ok. Room was dated....bathtub was actually a bit scary. No Smoking signs were posted at each entrance.....no smoking 30 feet from property....this was NOT enforced at ANY entrance so each time you entered or left, you were greeted with a cloud of smoke. Staff for the most part were wonderful. Breakfast was good.

I recently stayed at this Ramada location and was quite disappointed with several aspects of my experience. The building is noticeably outdated and lacks an elevator, which made moving luggage inconvenient. The bathroom was in need of renovation and better upkeep—the tissue box was empty, the toilet paper holder was broken, and overall cleanliness could have been improved. The bedroom carpet was also dirty, which added to the feeling that the room was not well maintained. Wifi was not stable: kept disconnected. Although breakfast was complimentary, the quality was underwhelming. The hash browns and eggs were bland, and the coffee was so weak that it tasted more like water than coffee. Given Ramada’s reputation, I expected much better quality and attention to detail.

Balcony room was really nice but with no elevator it was difficult. I didn't like that when i asked for a first floor room due to a disability they weren't accommodating. They breakfast was a very good variety and it was tasty. The restaurant service and food was good. A little pricy for some of the dishes.
