The hotel was in very rough shape. Huge stains on the bed, pool was closed and the bathroom door in our room has clearly been kicked in. It was the first of a few stops on our trip and we chalked it up to a comical experience, but I would never stay there again.

area is great! staff was super nice and helpful! only complaint i have is the wifi and hot water (only stayed on for a couple of minutes) but overall no big issues!! definitely will stay here again!

The Silverwood was the most affordable place to stay during the nights we were in Fredericton. The owner was very friendly and upgraded us to a suite. We spent an extra night in one of their regular rooms. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage room. The beds were very clean. The only downsides were that the wifi was on the slower side, and the walls were not soundproof. We would stay again.

We stayed for a tournament just for a night so we weren't looking for anything fancy. For the price it was worth it. Although we did have a table with a broken leg maybe it could use a little renovation. Overall I'd stay again if needed.

The place was nice, a bit noisy because of the road being so close. The colour choice is very dark. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. They had a little café for snacks and coffee they had the best iced coffee of my life.
