The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk upgraded us to the governor’s suite, which was fabulous. The Armory Lounge in the hotel has great ambience, cocktails, and food. Maddie our server and bartender was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is wonderful. Very convenient to all major attractions. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The biggest downside was the staff. From the moment we arrived, the valet was unfriendly and the front desk unwelcoming. It was such a disappointment when the front desk personnel does not make you feel welcome. Aside from the staff, the hotel room and location were very nice.

We stayed here for one night and had a good experience overall. The property is centrally located and within easy walking distance to downtown Portland, which was very convenient. Staff were welcoming and friendly, which made check-in and our brief stay pleasant. Our room was as expected—clean and comfortable. There were a couple of minor issues: the bathroom sink didn’t seem to drain properly and left a bit of residue, and one of the lamps wasn’t working. Since we were only there for a single night, we didn’t raise these with staff, but otherwise everything was in good order. Overall, a nice stay with a great location and friendly service. We’d consider returning on a future trip.
