Hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining and sports. Great customer service provided by front desk staff. Ample breakfast and evening snacks options offered at the hotel.

We loved our stay so much we are already planning our next vacation to stay a little bit longer. Hotel was amazingly clean staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel, good price

Even though I may have picked the right hotel in the wrong part of Texas, I wasn’t expecting to be in Irving Texas, but I am very glad I did. That was my first time booking a trip not knowing that there was two airports. The overall experience was great. Five stars room service respected my do not disturb sign. I flew solo just to do a getaway from Chicago. The vending machine wasn’t too far from my room. There were cameras in the hallway that made it feel safe the breakfast every morning was always fresh nicely restocked and on time the room temperature was just right. I was there for four days and I barely wanted to leave my room due comfortability the front desk was very exceptional and helpful. I will come back this time. I will fly into DFW to get shuttle service directly to the hotel but overall I appreciate the hospitality

Wasn’t a fan of paying for parking but other than that nice hotel.
