Our room was on the second level and opened to the atrium. The tv in the lobby was on the wall next to our bedroom and it played all night with the volume too loud. Got very little rest. Room was poorly lit. One lamp in the entire suite portion of the room. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to make coffee. Sink in bar area didn’t even have a faucet in it.

We had to find a last minute hotel. The rep was very helpful and even told us the room smelled. When we entered we found that the Toilet seat and shower floor were dirty. Room did smelled of strong smoke. Good thing we only had to stay 3 hours.

Rooms clean but the pool area was terrible

The room was clean. The pool area was terrible- holes in the cushions on the chairs, holes in the towels, the pool water was a bit murky and the hot tub was cold and the jets didn't work. We took the shuttle to the airport early which was nice to have, so we didn't eat breakfast and there was no to go sack breakfast.

Great stay. Super easy check in. The room was clean, very spacious, and quiet. Overall it was nice. Only downside was the elevators were questionable and need work.
