The gym is fantastic, but it was a bit warm in there...maybe check the AC to lower the temperature a bit

Room was clean and lobby was nice.

Room was not cleaned properly, dirty q tip on bathroom floor , refrigerator still had food in it from previous people. Also you must pay to park. 27.00 per day. Which I didn’t expect . Outside property didn’t seem maintained very well, all the shrubbery were dead or needed water terribly. Paid for breakfast included, we only ordered a simple egg sandwich and we waited almost an hour with hardly anyone there and we ended up leaving after no service. Front desk people were nice and helpful. Bed was comfy and clean looking. Decent hotel for the most part . Maybe just a bad day for us. Also room was said to have a city view. We saw nothing of city. Only a courtyard n other side of building out window !

Switches for lights are not easy to find, no ice, towels would be more accessible if they were on the shelf on the wall, no microwave, no indoor pool. For the price of the hotel, I was surprised there was no pool and microwave. What was great: food, breakfast and dinner, it’s a clean and quiet place, close to Union train/metro station.
