This is a wonderful place to stay. It was extremely comfortable, as well as quiet. My only issues are that the room lighting is terrible and there are no ice machines anywhere. That said, I would stay at this property again.

The hotel is modern and decor is beautiful. Breakfast was very good and all staff members throughout were excellent. There wasn't enough lighting in my opinion. The biggest issue was that it was extremely cold in the room and even colder in common areas. Temperature was not adjustable. I would definitely return based on weather in the area but the cold temps in the hotel made it uncomfortable.

Concierge gave us a key to a room already occupied. When I went down to talk to a new one the original one was rude about how she did not do that. The new one asked if we received our breakfast vouchers. When I said no the original concierge continued to push that she did. The room we got had paint peeling off the bathroom from water damage. The air in the room also did not work leaving a bad smell in the room the whole time. Out of 3 elevators only was one working and it didn't seem to be in working condition based off the noises and the doors immediately shutting on people after opening. The staff working the restaurant and breakfast area were great! Very pleasant and the food was good!

Horrible. Hotel of this size, only two elevators are working. At some point, only one elevator worked. Long elevator wait. Stairways were locked, in accessible. What if there’s an emergency and needed quick evacuation, then you’re trapped. It was a cold weekend, couldn’t adjust the room temperature. Excellent breakfast staff and selection.
