My family and I stayed for only one night. The room was comfortable and clean, and the only reason I took off a star was because there was no hair dryer. Service staff were excellent! The receptionist and the waitress at the hotel were pleasant and attentive. Not much else to do within walking distance.

No comforter , not working phone Rm 340

Checked in around 1am after an exhausting day. Check in was a breeze. Got into bed only to discover no comforter on one of the beds, so did not sleep well at all. Tried to call front desk but phone either not working or disconnected. Giving 3 stars because a little service goes a long way. Upon checkout I just wanted to make a note of the missing comforter and not working phone since I was concerned it could affect my deposit plus, come on. 150.00/ night and basic decent night of sleep not achieved. The apology was listless, dismissive and nonchalant. Disappointing. Please do better in training your staff on this. Otherwise the hotel was very clean and modern. But when I do stay in the area again as I have plans to do quite often in the future, I would look elsewhere

they kept our money the staff stole our deposit then tell Expedia they don't except debit cards and no refund. I work for donohoe hospitalities Capital Holiday Inn and we would never treat guest in such a manner

Comfortable Bed, But Unpleasant Environment

The stay was just okay. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were clean, which I appreciated. However, the room had a strong, moldy odor that made the experience unpleasant—I was congested for most of my stay because of it. On top of that, housekeeping was very noisy, frequently slamming doors open and shut while cleaning nearby rooms, which made it hard to relax. I likely wouldn’t return unless these issues were addressed.

Don’t go!

No soap in the bathroom. The bed looked sat on! pillow cases were wrinkle looking! They also charge us folks top dollar and don’t let us know that they place families there for shelter so it’s always loud and busy! No peace until after hours.

We had a problem with our room! Our air conditioner was broken and our shower was not working! We made a call to front desk and they brought us a key for the room next door! And when we asked we received 2 free breakfast buffets! Over all good experience!

I had an overall good stay at the property. loved the free parking. the rooms were just as pictured and the staff friendly and responsive. The photos on the website are a bit deceiving as the views in the pictures are not the views that are at the hotel.
