The breakfast and kitchen staff wa the best thing about the stay. It was a busy weekend and one of the elevators were down so going up and down to use a microwave (which should be in the room at this price) was very stressful. The beds did not have blankets unless “requested” which was very upsetting on a snowy icy weekend when temperatures dipped below freezing, and my room that was meant to have a tub only had a shower. With kids , that was the biggest disappointment. The room was okay, but all through the hotel I could spot little areas of carelessness, chips in paint, cracks in the framework, dirt on the walls that brought the class level of this hotel down quite a bit. The staff was lovely and very helpful.
