Horrible experience

My stay was horrible. The staffs were rude the hotel was not clean before we got there. It’s like they cleaned it long time ago and never bothered to clean it for a new customer coming in I had to tell them to clean and vacuum the room for us. We went out came back and their was no bath towel in the bathroom for use to use in at night or in the morning .I called front desk they said if I need a towel I have to come down to pick it up. After I told them to clean my room and bring me towel and shower gel they didn’t do it and at night we came back nothing was there. This is the worse stay I ever had in a hotel.

Not a fan of Crowne Plaza

The hotel was extremely loud and crowded. Kids were playing on the elevator, it took forever to get to the room. After a long ride I wanted to shower, but no wash cloths. The floor mat had holes in it. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was falling down. The sink water pressure was awful. The bed was the only thing I wouldn’t complain about. The slamming doors all night was crazy. The room was clean but overall felt like a motel stay.

The climate wasn’t enough could. Need to clean the common areas. The elevator was dirty. When you enter the hotel, it smells bad. The cleaners knock on the door and ignore the do not disturb sign.
