A clean facility with extremely friendly staff. Supper was excellent with some delicious homemade tastes and items. Although fried baloney being one of of the meats available with the included breakfast was quite a surprise, it actually tasted good after not having it for decades, LOL, and everything else was fine. Would stay at this hotel again.

The location was excellent for having it as a "home-base" for the week A few disappointments with the pool being closed for maintenance during our stay. That was one of the reasons we chose Quality! And the other small issues were resolved immediately with the attentive and very friendly staff! They are there for you!!!

We needed a one-night stay in Gander. All staff were kind and helpful. The room, hallway, and lobby were so clean, you could eat off the floor and walls. It is a bit of an older hotel and a bit quirky, but everyone was relaxed, welcoming and seemed genuinely happy for us to be there! The food was hearty and reasonably priced, 6$ (full!) glasses of wine, and breakfast was tasty with homemade raisin tea buns! Stellar spot!
