What an amazing experience. The Four Seasons Whislter exceeded our expectations. This hotel is elegance and luxury on every level. Many hotels claim a 5 star experience, but the Four Seasons Whistler excels in every way. We would like to personally thank Steven Szep and Ioto Mazuno for making this stay exceptionally memorable. Incredible staff. Warm, thoughtful, and proactive throughout. I was upgraded to a Mountain View room without asking, and they surprised me with a delicious chocolate birthday cake with candles. The hotel vibe is ski-resort meets mid-century modern. Great pool. Service feels very Four Seasons: refined and attentive. The beer flight was a standout touch. There’s also a fun game room with ping-pong, foosball, and an arcade machine.

Was so disappointed the staff were not friendly at all and almost seemed like we were bothering them when we asked for support or had questions. In addition everything was closed. The bar, the spa and the restaurant. They did their best to accommodate the closures but it wasn’t good enough for the price you pay. We checked out a day early as a result. Only great thing was the people who were able to chat to get items you needed via the room.
