spot for history and food.

Best was the location, between the town and the battlefield. Could have stayed a week if I could afford it. Plenty of food places within walking distance.

The man at the desk when we checked in was very nice and helpful! The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable and the pillows were even worse! One of the pillows felt like a bunch of pillow cases folded up inside, the other two felt like beanbag pillows!! Our room was right near the front desk and from 6 am on you could the ringing of the front door bell over and over and over!! Would not stay there again!

The room was great plenty of space and even a covered porch area to sit under when it was raining. Having it's own private entrance is excellent for dog owners. We could come and go without disturbing other guests by utilizing the private entrance to our room!!

Worst Hotel we have stayed in at Gettysburg. The breakfast was mediocre. The staff was not friendly. I asked for a receipt on checkout and was told no, was never asked how our stay was. I feel this Hotel profiles its patrons. I saw staff interacting with other patrons and asking them how their stay was and if they needed anything. I will never stay at this Hotel again.
