Great value, great stay!

Great stay, excellent breakfast options but quite expensive (the breakfast). Very friendly and helpful staff. The iPad and TV didn't work as well as expected, but that's no biggie. Pro tip: change the bedsheets to vertical, so you don't have to step over each other when visiting the toilet at night ;).

Great location - very convenient

Easy check in/out. Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean. Big bed, but limited floor space. Good for basics and lots of working space for business travel. Great location for f&b, shopping, public transport etc.

Nice kinda funky hotel in an excellent location. Walkable to bus and train stations. Room is small but efficient- the bed is up against the window so the person near the window has to climb over the other person to get out. Everything in the room runs off an iPad. The lights. The blinds. The blackout curtains. The TV. There are mood options and lights. No kettle or coffee in the room. Breakfast was excellent - served on the first floor which serves as a restaurant, living room and workplace during the day. Bed was firm but comfy. Staff very nice. There is construction out the back but it was quiet as it seems like the heavy work Was done.

We LOVED our stay

We LOVED this hotel. My friend and I had a movie night here after a long day of sight seeing and traveling and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Not only was the room incredibly nice and comfortable, but the staff were so kind and helpful. One of the staff members was on her first day and gave us recommendations for the city. We will definitely be marking this hotel anywhere we travel for another trip!

Issues with the lifts

As expected from CitizenM fast check in and out. Room as expected. But this place had a problem with the lift. 1 of 2 was out of order and there was lots of time waiting for the lift. If there were stairs I could not find them. Ruined a good stay
