Perfect location for a concert at the Hydro, rooms were clean, quite large, had a great view and bed was huge but comfy. Good range of food at breakfast, staff were friendly and attentive. Evening meal was also very good. Will be back next time we are at the Hydro!

We stayed here for the night with our kids. They have amazing facilities. The pool stays open to 7pm for the children and a little later for adults. Plus my partner proposed to me while we were here so this will alway be my favourite hotel. Room was big enough for the 4 of use bathroom was lovely with a bath and shower. can’t comment on breakfast or food as we never used these. We will definitely be back every year for our anniversary.

We were attending an event at the Hydro so booking was for convenience. However dinner was good, ambience great and staff excellent considering how busy place was. However tea tray in room was terrible. Had to move whole tray as kettle was attached to this. Their recommended socket was in the ground underneath the dressing table. Not accessible at all. Had to put the whole thing on the dressing table. This resulted in me forgetting about 2 pieces of jewellery thankfully they now have them safe for collection. We will definitely return for the same stay next year.

Amenities very good, check in was amazing let us check in ealry all we wanted to do was park car so added bonus. Lifts were a frustration only 2 working and very slow, no signs for stairs Club lounge was good but no seats when we went which took away from the exclusiveness. Toilet in room not the best at flushing. Bar was ok, staff to be aware of who was next in queue and stopping cocktails early was disappointing
