Very convenient location, good breakfast, good coffee, clean rooms, pleasant staff. Would have preferred prepared fruit at breakfast rather than whole fruit and better wardrobe hanging space.

The location, price, and amenities are excellent. The staff are super friendly and goes beyond to take care of everything and make you feel welcome. The only drawback to us is the mattress felt too firm, but for some that may be just right! Great hotel and overall experience!

Nice hotel but for the price I would have expected a little bit more quality with the room Wobbly tap,cut my toe on the tile in the bathroom ( missing grout) shower pressure was not good (dribble) and pillows were not comfortable Also not a good view to see someone going through the cigarette bin outside looking for old cigs

Great location and stay.

Brilliant, central location. The train station was just across St George’s Square so easy to walk to hotel (about 2 mins). Lovely staff. Rob was very courteous and professional. Room was small but very satisfactory for our needs and was quiet. The parking was heavily discounted to £9 per day and was about 500 metres away. If you’ve got lots of luggage drop it off first! We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Glasgow.
