We had never stayed here before but would definitely go back. Great location, brilliant room and facilities even with big suitcases. Breakfast was brilliant, so much choice. Slept really well, no noise at all. Great overnight stay.

Property is in an amazing location. Big room and beds with plenty of amenities. Only issue was the very tricky parking and loading situation. The parkade had a broken lift so luggage was a nightmare to deal with no matter how you cut it.

When we checked in one of the rooms had a terrible odour. When we asked reception to change room they said there were no rooms available and that there had been an incident in the room we were staying in. During the night there was also a disturbance with guests in the corridor of the fifth floor. Again the staff at reception were not concerned about this being reported.
