Staff is not the friendliest and breakfast starts at 5 or 6am and considering they are an airport hotel, they should offer grab & go bags. We didn't get to benefit from the breakfast. However, the beds are comfy & it does the trick.

We have stayed here many times. The hotel is newly renovated. The registration staff are all friendly and efficient from what I experienced. The included shuttle to and from the airport runs often and the trip is only 5 or so minutes. Free parking while you are away is another great perk. I didn’t have breakfast because I had a very early flight although I enjoyed a nice evening meal in the attached restaurant

I don’t ask for rooms without the three stairs so I do blame myself for this issue, but it seems we always get this section when we have tons of luggage to haul over the stairs. Rarely do we get a nice accessible room on the third floor. I feel as though this hotel gives nothing to repeat customers and there is zero loyalty influence. We are Expedia gold members and we get great prices via Expedia but we get treated like trash. So as a hotel that sells rooms via Expedia just to have your staff disrespect those who use “said service” that you signed up for????? I’m confused. You can’t sell on third party sites unless you allow yourself to be sold on third party sites so please do not treat us like trash.

It is dated and needs updating . The heat comes from a wall unit which means noise on & off. Staff were good , food in the restaurant has been hit & miss . Extended parking is excellent.
