My experience

There were cobwebs on top of the window. The ceiling of the room was dirty and not clean. The morning eggs during breakfast was terrible.

The bedding smelled super like bleach, the room was clean and big, however we could hear the kids in the next room and in the pool. There were stains on the bedding and curtains. The wallpaper looked like it was trying to fall off the walls in all the corners.

The property is a little difficult to get out of because you can only make a righthand turn and most of the dining is to the left of the property. The rooms were in good condition, and they are either new or recently remodeled.

One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in at budget pricing. Great price for a stay that also included breakfast. Most hotels in this price range do not have free breakfast. Room was very clean.

Baymont is not a good place

Experienced reservation problems. I was not refunded my money. The property is in a horrible place. The personel is not friendly and did not properly greeted my family.

Ok stopover hotel

Stopover from Tucson to Zion. Hotel was clean and comfortable but does need some proper updating. Bathroom had been painted recently but paint spillage over bath surrounds not professional. Also peeling wallpaper in bedroom.

Nice stay, could use an update on the premises!

We had a good experience, stayed here three nights our room was clean and updated but the rest of the hotel could use some updating! The hotel was very busy place one night there were two ball teams there with four charter buses! Not really the hotels fault but there were a lot of people there for breakfast! The room was quiet, never heard any noise once we were in our room!
