Great stay, overall!

It was a very scenic hotel with lots of amenities. Extra $75 for a 45min stay in the sauna, but the main entrance holds a pool table, board games, a bar, a cafe and other fun activities! The beds were ultra comfortable, with very soft and squishy pillows. Perfect to rest while on our road trip to Cali. My only complaints are: the outlets, the shower & the stairs. The shower is found to get wet everywhere, just expect it to - especially with kids. And about 3/4 of our outlets didn’t work, which was a bit frustrating to share while trying to recharge all of our devices for the road trip. We couldn’t find a convenient elevator so lugging all of our belongings up and down the stairs outside was unfortunate. Other than that, it was really a nice place to stay! The coffee provided inside the room was delicious by far, some of the best instant hotel coffee I’ve ever had. Overall, we would still choose to stay here again while swinging by Flagstaff.

Loved staying here! Super friendly staff, cute, cozy rooms, great food for breakfast and dinner. My favorite part of our stay was hanging out in the evenings - roasting smores in the fire-lit courtyard, ordering craft cocktails from the bar, and playing pool and foosball in the game room. They even have a little general store with fun drink options and geab-and-go food. Highly recommend!

It took 45 minutes to check it and things were said that couldn't be honored. She had to call the manager 3 times to help. There were 6 people waiting to check in behind me, and I waited 20 minutes for her to help the one person ahead of me.

We booked 2 nights and all the roads to Flagstaff got closed down, after being in the car for half a day we had to turn around. The next day the roads opened and we went to go check in at the hotel, they said we couldn’t check in before 4pm without paying a fee & we would be charged a no show fee. The roads closing was completely out of our control! There was nothing we could do to prevent that. The receptionist was so unfriendly and cold, then one the managers came and was no help at all. Terrible customer service. We stay at this hotel multiple times a year and always enjoy it but the service we received was shocking.
