This is a stay for those who are looking to save money and have a convenient place to lay your head for a short stay in Flagstaff (1-3 nights). 5 minute drive from Downtown. BIGGEST shortcoming - I am an able-person, however there are many steep inclines, raised curbs, and stairs. I wouldn't recommend a stay to those who are dis-abled or unsteady on their feet. I (29-Female) was given a second floor room and had to carry my large (fearful-65lb) dog up/down the outdoor staircases - which are see-through grated metal. I could have/should have requested a ground floor - MY fault - I got quite the workout. If you bring a large pet - REQUEST a 1st floor room!! Otherwise - This two-story hotel is across from the railroad tracks (however, true for most stays in Flagstaff). Otherwise, it was quiet and other guests were very respectful of noise. I booked ahead - and it was a good choice, because at check-in there were plenty of folks looking for rooms and it filled up quickly! Bed was comfortable but very basic with clean sheets and pancake pillows. No smell, but general room cleanliness wasn't top-notch. Cob-webs, (questionable?) smears on walls, and a few lightning bugs on curtains... I had a single King-bed (presidental-suite) room and it was tight with one adult, a dog and minimal belongings. Clean freak or claustraphobic? - Reconsider, Willing to don shower shoes and have no personal space? - This will work!

Overall this hotel was exstremely cute and was the perfect location for doing the mountain men triathon. Loved the green building. Loved the hot tub in the presidental room I got. Plus the shower was awesome. Bed was so compfey too. Kitchen was a little out of date and not much space. I totally missed the sign on wall saying there was cooking stuff until the second day. I was shocked when opened a the bottom cupboard and say stuff. Saw the sign after that. Definitly wasnt in the usual location. Plus small fridge wasnt in the kitchen - witch was odd. Living room area was the only area that had stains on the couch and couch just looked gross witch made me not hang out in there much. Room had tons of space (minus kitchen) lol! Outdoors wasnt in the greatest condition - but wasn't horrible. Carrying a bike up stairs and down stairs was a challenge but doable. Didn't fell safe leaving it on car in parking lot. Pool was small but nice. And was surprised that it was heated. Plus they were nice and let me check out late. Whitch was awesome as I wasn't moving to fast after the triathon. I would defitely stay here again .

I have stayed at this hotel twice and have loved it. We could hear the people next door and the bathroom door ran into the sink but overall great stay. Food and downtown is walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

We hade a family suite, 2 attached rooms. Each room had a tv that did not work. Rooms are worn down. The bathroom is pretty modern tho. Had horrific upstairs people. Had to call front desk. Shortly after, they got so much worse with jumping and stomping. I called front desk again. He called Them again. It was a nightmare. I also have stage 4 cancer so being up the entire night was so hard on my body. Not that it will affect their business, but we will never go back there.

The property was right in the middle of downtown. Convenient walking distance to everything. The bathroom was just so empty and loud with a fan, that wasn’t a vent, when the light is on. No place to hang anything. There was a tube stuck in the sink drain because there was no drain cover. No floor mats and the one tv in the room had a solid line right down the middle.

It was clean & the front desk was nice. The parking lot is dark. Needs some lighting. Toilet paper is like sandpaper. Our TV didn't work. Over all pretty good.

Great actually

I haven't drank coffee in years but it was a good room coffee. I don't need the TV. I thought the bed was amazingly comfortable. The shower is absolutely great. They have a shower coming out of the ceiling which is wonderful and way better than it being too low. I thought the toilet was a little small. Both low to the ground and hard to use. The view out the bathroom window was exquisite. There's little damages everywhere. The refrigerator froze my soda. They have to check someone didn't turn the fridge on freezing when they clean the room. I know worse hotels for this price. I thought it was very nice and I look forward to staying here again. The train wasn't too loud especially with the AC on.
